Operational and Ongoing Support

Due to the business-critical nature of systems with which OSS works, we often remain engaged with the client long after the system is placed into full production and operation.  We are accustomed to working with each of our clients to evolve a business model for our ongoing services which best fits their requirements.    The client may need such services as “deep-dive” expert backup to in-house staff, unique services as complementary skills to existing staff, or desire to outsource non-core business responsibilities to us.  A resulting customer  model may contain either or both retained and “by-the-drink” service levels and include a tailored combination of remote, oncall and on-site working venues.    We currently support some customers on a 24x7 basis (for down systems), using a rotating assigned-duty roster.   Services offered include:
